PS 111Q has a complete lonworks BMS by Distech Controls. The system is contolling multiple air handling equipment, heating and ventilation units, with individual control of heating valves in each classroom.
On Manhattan Psychiatric Buildings 101 108 110, Advantex Solutions installed a Distech Controls Lonworks DDC system controlling the heating system for each building.
On the FIT A-Labs project Advantex Solutions installed a Johnson Controls web based Building Management System, which controls air handling units, heat exchangers and VAV’s. FIT A-Labs also features sophisticated laboratory controls, and integration to multiple system manufacturers, Liebert, Semco and Phoenix Controls.
At Laguardia Community College Advantex Solutions installed a Johnson Controls Building Management System which controls air handling units, chillers, exhaust fans and VAV’s.
At Pink Sheets Advantex Solutions installed a Distech Controls Lonworks DDC temperature control system controlling the heating and cooling.
At The Creative Artists Agency Advantex Solutions installed a Johnson Controls web based building management system which controls the HVAC system, and VAV boxes in individual offices through out the space.

Advantex Solutions installed DDC controls on the chillers and cooling towers on the FIT chiller upgrade project.
